VentureMax™
Partnerships
We partner with early-stage technology companies (Corporate Partners) to fund, develop, and commercialize their technologies and intellectual property in areas the Corporate Partners are not pursuing as they focus their resources on their core applications and markets.
The partnership is created through the establishment of a Newco into which the Corporate Partner licenses its technology and IP in certain fields of use, and XPI contributes financial and managerial resources. The Corporate Partner receives equity, access to new IP, and an option to purchase Newco.
